Friday:
Game One:
The TN Stars would thank a big bottom half of the second for their early lead. A three run two out rally
started by Rosa. Rosa started off the rally with an RBI triple scoring Noe who reached on an error earlier
in the inning. Alt Roche followed later in the inning with RBI's of their own. Alt's being a single, while
Roche's was a screaming double down the line. The Stars added on three more in the 4th. Two hits
batsmen would get the inning started and after a passed ball would set runners on second and third for
Roche. Roche rose to the challenge and smacked a two RBI double down the line in right, scoring Rosa
and Alt. Roche himself would also come around to score in the inning off of a passed ball. Making him
responsible for every run in the inning and extending the Stars lead to six.
Game Two:
The Stix wasted no time in this one; putting three on the board in the bottom half of the first. Bell,
Maples, and Holbert all singled for RBIs in the first before an out was recorded. The Stix would leave one
runner on as after two back to back strike outs Holbert was thrown out on the bases in between first
and second. The Stix would add to their lead in the fifth off of two RBI doubles. One from Allen; scoring
Seagrist who reached on a fielders choice. The other from Bell: scoring Allen. Giving the Stix a 5-nil lead.
Game Three:
The Hornets would scratch one across first in this one off of a sac fly by Mcshoy that scored Sncob.
Sncob lead off the inning with a single, stole second and was moved to third on Lusk's single. The
Hornets would add two more in the bottom of the second thanks to an RBI single by Csposeic. Csponseic
wasn’t done in the inning as he himself would cross the plate for their second run of the inning and third
of the game. In the top of the third it would be the Hornets again getting on the board. This time
pushing across two. Snkiner lead off with a single and advanced to second on a bobble from the
outfielder. Lusk singled, moving Snkiner to third. Bergentez hit a sac fly scoring Snkiner and later Black
would single himself scoring McShoy; who walked earlier in the inning. Launch City would get one back
in the bottom of the fourth. Coming from a big double in the left center gap by Blake that scored
Solomon from first after he reached on an error. The Hornets would continue to pile on in the coming
innings, scoring five more before the game was over; propelling them to a 10-1 victory.

Saturday:
Game One:
he stars of Tennessee would get this started in a hurry and with a bang. The TN Stars would bring across
7 runners in the top of the first. Three different Georgia Stars pitchers were used to get them out of the
first inning. Two lead off walks and a double by Wooten would put the TN Stars up by 1. Rosa followed
with a sac fly to score Lischer and later in the inning Alt singled and scored Noe; who walked. The TN
Stars were not done yet scoring another off of a bases loaded hit by pitch. Getting hit and drawing the
RBI was Roche. Mauldin would follow Roche and scorch a double burning the right fielder clearing the
bases and adding three more to the TN Stars lead. The Georgia Stars would get things going in a hurry as
well; pushing across two in the bottom half of the first and cutting down Tennessee's lead to only 5. The
Georgia Stars scratched another run across in the second. A single by Riccardo and back-to-back errors
by the shortstop would load the bases for the GA Stars. Jonivan Madden would come to the plate with
the bases loaded and collect his first RBI of the game by also collecting his second hit by pitch this game
and cutting the lead of Tennessee to only four. A back 'n fourth game to say the least. Tennessee
answers in the top half of the third; pushing across one thanks to an RBI single by Brooke that scored
Wooten. Tennessee would add one to their lead in the top of the fifth off of three singles. Rosa and Noe
both singled to start off the inning and later Brooke would come to the plate and do the damage with
his single; scoring Rosa and extending their lead to six. Once again Georgia would answer, this time
doing in the bottom of the fifth. The first would come off of a throwing error by the catcher allowing
Twyman to score as the ball rolled into sallow left. Later in the inning Reeves smacked a triple into deep
left center allowing West to score. A four run lead is all Tennessee would need to close out the victory in
6 innings due to time limit.
Game Two:
The East Tennessee Elite would strike first in this one; doing so in the bottom of the first. A two out two
run double by Mason would score Colby and Grant, putting the elite up by two. Rise up Black wouldn’t
take long to respond; getting on the board in the top of the second. Hernandez scored Ortiz on his hard
ground ball out to first base to bring Rise Up within one. Rise up would quickly tie this game up in the
top of the third thanks to Polack's sac fly that scored Gonzalez after he singled earlier in the inning. Rise
Up would explode in the top of the fifth for four runs behind a huge three run bomb by Polanco. Rise Up
was not done yet as Ortiz hit a hard ground ball to first base allowing Polack to score. Rise Up would
grab an insurance run in the top of the seventh after Polanco stole third and then advanced home as the
throw got away from the third basemen and down the line. That’s all Rise Up would need as they go on
to win this one 7-2

Sunday:
Game One:
A different feel for the first game at Sevier County. Rain got to this game earlier in the weekend and we
will pick this one up in the bottom of the third inning with a 1-1 count and the Nationals up by two. And
that’s where we would stay. Nationals win 2-0

Game Two:
The Warriors would be the first ones to put a mark up in this one; doing so in the top of the first and
jumping on Hit After Hit. Sealy lead off with a single and was followed by Hardy who burnt the left
fielder for a double. Putting runners on second and third. Irvin was resonsible for the damage as his
ground ball out was enough to push across Sealy. Giving the Warriors a 1-0 lead. That’s all they would
need as pitching and defense

7-5-19 Friday @ Smokies Stadium
Game 1- Hit after Hit Outlaws- Fields vs. East TN Elite
In the bottom on the first inning, the Elite took the lead after #00 (Liresay) hit into at
feidlers achoice which scores #2 (Love). That hit was followed up by #17 (Boyd) grounds out to
shortstop and #20 (Abbott) scores from 3 rd base. Elite takes an early lead at 2-0 over the
Outlaws.
In the top of the second, #7 (Gleaves) doubled to deep left scoring #10 (Brooks). #4
(Berry) singled passed the diving 3 rd baseman, scoring #16 (Beene). Then #5 (Brewer) grounds
into a fielder’s choice which allows #7 (Gleaves) to score from 3 rd base. #7 (Gleaves) beats out
his ground ball to the shortstop which brings home another run, #16 (Beene). After this 3 run
inning, the Outlaws take the lead at 4-2.
In the top of the fourth, the Outlaws enxend their lead by another run. #3 (Gray)
grounds the ball to the 3 rd baseman but he overthrows the 1 st baseman allowing #5 (Brewer) to
score from 1 st . The nead score to the ball game is 5-2. Elite does not score in the bottom half
which leaves the game at 5-2.
In the top of the sixth inning, The Outlaws extend their lead even further after #3 (Gray)
doubled into the ally in left center which scores #4 (Berry). Then #10 (Brooks) singled to right
field scoring #3 (Gray) from 2 nd base. Elite doesn’t find a way to add a run so they trail by 5 now.
The score is 7-2.
After the final out was recorded here at the Smokies Stadium, the Outlaws beat East TN
Elite. After a very good game all around from the Outlaws, they take home their first win. They
hit the ball very well and pitched well too. The final score to the game was 7-2 with Hit after Hit
Outlaws winning.
7-5-19 Johnson County hs
Game 1- East TN Elite vs. eXposure Demarini
In the top half of the inning, eXposure took an early lead after scoring 2 runners. They
were scored by #41 (Z. Howard) singled to right field which brought home #10 (Standifer). The
second run was scored via single by #3 (Bagley) which scored #41 (Z.Howard). In the bottom
half of the inning, Elite scored two runs of their own. #27 (McNew) singled to right field which
plates #2 (Love). Then #4 (Folonis) grounds out to shortstop which scores #27 (McGlaney) from
3 rd base.
In the top of the second inning, eXposure scores 3 more runs. #10 (Standifer) walked
which brought home #2 (Caldwell). Then #45 (Hart) scored on a passed ball. Lastly, #44 (Long)
hit a sacrifice fly to right field, plating #32 (Ringhoffer). In the bottom of two, #20 (Abhott) hit a

a double to right field scoring #18 (Horpor). Exposure gains 3 more runs while Elite scored a run
of their own. The score to the game is 5-3 with eXposure leading.
In the third inning, team eXposure put up another 2 runs. #3 (Bagley) doubles scoring
#41 (Z. Howard). Then #23 (Cheney) doubles to the left center alley scoring #3 (Bagley) from 2 nd
base. Elite scores a run in the bottom of the inning to reduce the lead. #16 (Harmon) singled to
right field scoring #10 (Standifer) from 2 nd base. The score to the game is 7-4 with eXposure still
out ahead.
In the fifth inning of the game, eXpsore added another 2 runs to their lead. #3 (Bagely)
hit a 2-run homerun to left field, giving his team a bigger lead at 9-3. In the bottom half, #17
(McGlaney) doubled to right center, scoring 2 runners which makes it a 3 run ball game. In the
bottom of the fifth, #17 (McGlaney) doubled to right center scoring 2 runs. Making it 9-6.
Exposure added 2 more runs to their lead in the top of six, #32 (Ringhoffer) grounds out
to 2 nd , #2 (Caldwell). The new score is 10-6. The ball game ends due to time limit and eXposure
comes out on top of East TN Elite. The final score to the game was 10-6 eXposure.
Game 2- Diamond Academy Legends vs. Rise Up Black-
The first run was scored in the top of the second inning when #14 (Byrd) grounded the
ball to the pitcher who overthrows first base allowing #15 (Cleghorn) to score from 2 nd base. No
runners were scored by Rise Up Black. The score after 2 innings was 2-0.
In the bottom of the 4 th inning, #35 (Ortiz) singles to right field scoring 2 runners from 2 nd
and 3 rd . This single gives the Rise Up Black the lead heading into the 5 th inning. The score to the
game is 2-1, Rise Up Black.
In the bottom of the 5 th inning, #2 (Rodriquez) walked with the bases loaded, scoring #4
(Hernandez). The Rise UpBlack lead the Diamond Academy Legends 3-1 heading into the back
half of the game.
In the bottom of the sixth inning, #1 (Trejos) singled to the shortstop which scores #6
(Arroyo) from 3 rd base. Heading into the 7 th inning, the Rise Up Black are ahead 4-1.
The ball game ends after 7 inning of play with Rise Up Black winning the ball game. The
win due to good defense and very good pitching. The final score to the game was 4-1. The
Legends came out swinging and pitching well but didn’t play defense as well and didn’t get the
timely hits they needed to overcome their deficit.
Saturday 7-6-19 @ Jeff Co.
Game 1- Old Hickory vs. Knox Stars-Rigsby
In the top of the first inning, the Stars were shut down and went 3 up 3 down. In the
bottom half of the inning, Old Hickory put up 2 runs to take the lead early in this game. #9
(Breamer) walked with the bases loaded which brings home the first run of the game, #12
(Taylor). Later in the at bats, #18 (Proctor) singled up the middle which scores #17 (Meeker)
from their 2 nd run of the inning. The score after one is 2-0 Old Hickory.
In the top of the second, the Stars got their first 2 batters on via walk but then, the next
three batters stuck out. In the bottom of the second, #2 (Milan) scores on an error from the 1 st
baseman, with this run Old Hickory extends their lead to 3-0 heading into the 3d inning.
The Knox Stars claw their way back into this game after falling down 3 runs. #1 (Neal)
led off the inning with a double that scored #24 (Philo). Then #43 (Hoffman) singled up the

middle which scores #9 (Shaw). The last run was scored by #3 (Smith) grounding out to the 2 nd
baseman. The ball game is all tied up at 3-3 heading to the bottom half of the inning. Old
Hickory gets into a threatening position early in their at bats but couldn’t find a way to score a
run. The ball game is tied up heading into the fourth inning.
In the 5 th inning, The Knox Stars take the lead back after #24 (Philo) doubled to center
field scoring #21 (Ramesey). Old Hickory came up after losing their lead, and went 1,2,3. They
trail by 1 run, the score is 4-3.
In the sixth, The Stars scored a couple more runs in the top of the inning to extended
their lead. #30 (Henderson) doubled to deep left center scoring #26 (Freeman) and #11
(Williams). Old Hickory comes back and ties the game in the bottom of the sixth. #16 (Weaver)
hits a 3 run homerun to left field to tie the ball game. The ball game ends in the bottom of 6
due to time limit. The final score to the game was 6-6.
Game 2- Prospex 18u vs. Kentucky Mustangs Arsenal 17u
In the top of the first inning, the Prospex jumped out to an early lead. They scored off of
#25 (Justus)’s bloop single to left field which scores #5 (Stafford) from 2 nd base. The Kentucky
Arsenal came out and went 1,2,3. The score is 1-0 after 1 inning of play.
In the top of the third inning, the Prospex score another run after #11 (Dennis) singled
to right field and #9 (Godwin) scores from 3 rd base. The mustangs came to bat in the bottom of
the inning and got shut down 3 in a row. The score to the game is now 2-0 with Kentucky
Mustang Arsenal trailing 2-0.
In the top of the fourth, the Porspex did not score and went 1,2.3. When the Arsenal
came up to bat in the bottom of the fourth, they scored their first run of the game. #28 (Abner)
scores after stealing 3 rd then taking home on the overthrow error from the catcher. Arsenal still
trails at 2-1.
The Porspex did not score in the top half of the fifth inning. They had runners in
threatening positions on the bases but couldn’t plate any runners. In the bottom of the fifth,
#11 (Yates) grounds the ball to the shortstop but a fielding error allows 2 runners to score. With
those 2 runs, the Kentucky Mustang Arsenal took the lead at 3-2 heading into the sixth inning.
In the sixth, #25 (Justus) singled to left field which scores #7 (Bolton) from 3 rd . #17
(Walton) was hit by a pitch with bases loaded, #11 (Dennis) scores. #12 (Tinne) hit into a
fielder’s choice to the 1 st baseman, #25 (Justus) scores. #10 (Casstty) singled to right field which
only scores 1 run. After this big half inning for the Prospex they lead the Arsenal 6-3. Kentucky
Mustangs Arsenal does not score in the sixth. The ball game ends an inning early due to time
limit. The final score to the game was 6-3 Prospex.
Game 3- Sevier County Bears vs. Old Hickory
In the first inning, the Bears put up a run early in the ball game. #21 (Sattorfield) hit a
sacrifice fly to right field and #13 (Rozzell) was the runner who crossed the plate. The bears took
the field in the bottom half and went 1,2,3. Old Hickory did not get a base runner on and they are
currently losing 1-0.
The bears did not score in the top of the second, they went 3 up and 3 down. In the
bottom of the second, #9 (Braemer) doubled to score #35 (Jackson) who led off the inning with a
double. After the back to back doubles, the score is tied at 1-1.

Sevier County Bears added another run to their total in the top of the third. #21
(Sattorfield) laced a double into the left center alley which scores #30 (Henderson) after his
single to right. In the bottom part of the inning, Old Hickory sends 3 batters to the plate and all 3
batters were retired. The score is 2-1 heading into the fourth.
In the top of the top of the fourth, the Bears extend their lead to 4-1 after scoring 2 more
runs this inning. #20 (Smith) scored on a passed ball to make it 3-1. Then #13 (Rozzell) walked
with the bases loaded to score #22 (Hickson). Old Hickory had a big half inning and scored 5
runs. #35 (Jackson) doubled to left center and 2 runners score. Then #9 (Braemer) followed that
double up with a double of his own which scores #35 (Jackson). Then #16 (Weaver) singled to
left field which drives in another run. Lastly, #11 (Hall) singled to right field and scored #16
(Weaver). The new score is 6-4 with Old Hickory taking the head as we head to the fifth inning.
The bears start off the fifth inning with #30 (Henderson) who scored on a passed ball.
Then #22 (Hickson) walked with the bases loaded to score #21 (Sattorfield). #26 (Long) walked
with the bases loaded which scored #20 (Smith). #13 (Rozzell) walked as well with the bases
loaded which bring home #22 (Hickson). The final run of the inning, #10 (Fowler), scores on a
passed ball. The Bears added 5 runs this inning to take the lead back. In the bottom half, Old
Hickory scored some runs of their own. #17 (Meeker) singled to right field which scores #7
(Eaton). #31 (Bratcher) doubled off the wall in deep left center to bring home 2 more runs. #31
(Bratcher) scores on a balk. The final score was 10-9 Old Hickory.
Game 4- Sevier Co Bears vs. TN Stars
In the first inning of the game, the Bears go 1,2,3 and get no runners on. In the bottom of
the first, the Stars scored the first run of the game. #12 (Lischer) bunted out to the pitcher but
#30 (Burchfield) scores from 3 rd . After the aggressive base running, the Stars take the lead at 1-0
over the Bears.
In the top of the third inning, the Bears did not find a way to score. The Stars did find a
way to score in the bottom of the third. #12 (Lischer) hit an rbi single to the 3 rd baseman, #30
(Burchfield) scores from 3 rd base. As we go to the top of the 4 th , its 2-0 Stars.
In the top of the fifth, the Bears plated their first runner of the game. #26 (Long) hit an rbi
single to left field which #10 (Fowler) scores. When the Stars came up to bat. They extended
their lead even further. #34 (Mculdin) scores off of an error by the 3 rd baseman. #9 (Hoffman)
scores because of an error on the 1 st baseman. #12 (Licher) doubled over the center fielder’s head
which brings home #22 (Suto). Then #1 (Wootch) singled off the pitcher’s leg which plates
another run. After the big inning from the Stars, they extend their lead to 6-1.
In the sixth, the Bears add a couple more runs to their total. #22 (Hickson) singles to left
center which drives in 2 runners. #33 (Rogers) singles to right center and another runner scores.
#10 (Fowler) hit a bloop single to left field which scores #22 (Hickson). #33 (Rogers) scored via
balk. After a big top of the sixth, the Bears came back to tie it up at 6-6.
In the top of the seventh, the Bears added another run to give them the lead in the last
inning. #7 (Shan) singled to center field which allowed #13 (Rozzell) to score. The Bears take a
7-6 lead over the Stars. In the bottom half the stars did not score.
The game was a very intense yet fun game to watch because it was a back and forth game
all game long. They both hit very well today and both struggled a little bit on the mound which
lead to the successful offenses. The Bears come out victorious in a very close game that they
won on a go ahead single from #7 (Shan). The Bear’s defense took the field and shut the Stars
down to close it out. The final score to the game was 7-6 Sevier Co Bears.

Sunday 7-7-19 @ Smokies Stadium
Game 1- Prospex 16u vs. Rise Up 4.13
In the second inning, Rise up 4.13 took the lead in the bottom half. #10 (Rodreguez)
singled down the left field line which brings home #27 (Pantoja) and #5 (Trousdale). This 2 rbi
single gives Rise Up the lead at 2-0.
In the top of the third, the Prospex did not score but had runners in scoring positions. Rise
Up came up in the bottom half and scored another run. #11 (Romasno) hit an rbi single to left
field which scores #25 (M. Kirby) from 2 nd base. The Rise extend their lead to 3-0 over the
Prospex.
In the top of the fourth inning, the Prospex get their first run of the ball game off of #12
(Neal)’s ground ball into a double play but the #22 (Willingham) scores from 3 rd . Team Rise
went 1,2,3 in their at bats in the bottom half. With the run from team Prospex, they are only
down 2 runs now. The updated score after four innings of play is 3-1 Rise Up.
In the top of the sixth, the Prospex did not score. Team Rise came up to bat and added
another run to their total. #11 (Romasno) doubled to right center field which gave #8 (Rinehart)
enough time to score from 1 st base. With that run, Rise Up extends their lead to 4-1 as we head
into the last inning of play.
In the top of the 7 th , the Prospex added 1 run. # 23 (Haney) scored on a bunt from #11
(Wilson) to score their 2 nd run. Unfortunately, 1 run wasn’t enough to come back so Rise Up did
not have to bat in the seventh.
The ball game ends after the top of the seventh because Rise Up was the home team and
didn’t have to bat. Rise up came out with their bats hot and their pitcher being lights out. The
pitching was the excellent and was backed up by the offense. The final score to the game was 4-2
with Rise Up 4.13 winning.
Game 2- Old Hickory vs. Tennessee Stix 16u-
In the first five innings neither team scored. But, in the top of the sixth inning, the Stix
plate 3 runners to take the lead. #5 (Raby) hit a 2 rbi triple to the right center alley which scores
#30 (Willams) and #22 (Allen). #40 (Bell) singled to left field which scored #5 (Raby) after his
triple. #4 (Maples) flied out to right field which allowed #40 (Bell) to tag and make it to 3 rd but a
throwing error from the right fielder scores #40 (Bell). In the bottom of the inning, Old Hickory
did not score.
Old Hickory loses this game after a very dominant performance by #5 (Raby) on the
mound. He pitched a complete game shutout. He got some help from his offense in the sixth
inning which gave him a 4-0 lead to work with. The game ends when Old Hickory didn’t score
in the bottom of seven and the Stix move on in the tournament. The final score to the game was
4-0 Tennessee Stix 16u.
Game 3- Roswell Hornets vs. Fury 16u
In the top of the first inning, the Fury came out swinging and put up 1 run. #2 (Ott)
singled down the left field line and advances to 2 nd on the throw home from the left fielder and
#12 (Berry) scores standing. The Hornets come out and score a run their first at bats as well. #2
(Duel) stole home while #7 (Jacob) was in a rundown between 2 nd and 1 st .

Fury score another run in the top of the fifth inning. #13 (McByar) grounded the ball to
the shortstop but the ball gets passed the shortstop and #12 (Berry) scores from 2 nd base. The
Hornets did not score in the bottom half. The Fury now lead the Hornets 2-1.
In the sixth inning, the Fury added 5 runs in the top of the inning. #12 (Berry) bloops a
ball over the shortstop and #16 (Evans) scores from 2 nd . #13 (McByar) doubles over the left
fielder to score 2 more runs, #12 (Berry) and #2 (Ott). #10 (Huterson) singles to right field in
which #13 (McByar) scores. Then #10 (Huterson) stole home on a passed ball for their 5 th run of
the inning. The Fury came out to the field and went 1,2,3 and now we head to the seventh inning.
In the seventh, the Fury came out and put another run on the board. #16 (Evans) singled
to right field which bring home #22 (Janeway).
Friday game 1 (East Tn Rockets vs eXposure A2K)
A quiet first two innings as the pitchers from both teams limit hits to a minimum and
runs to zero. Exposure get on the board first in the top of the second inning when they draw
four consecutive walks to score a run. The Rockets produced their first run in the 4th inning
with a lead off hit from Parker Trippeer and a double to score him in the right center gap to
score him from #18 Carter Babb. Exposure place 2 more runs on the board in the 5th innings
when #4 Yates legged out a triple plate a run. In the last inning the Rockets make a come back
to walk it off. They had a lead off single and two walks to load the bases to bring up #11 Joe
Johnston who ripped a single into right center scoring the tying and winning run to end the
game. The final score of the game was East Tn Rockets 6, eXposure A2K 5.
Friday game 2 (eXposure A2K vs Georgia Bandits)
eXposure A2K get a pair of runs on the board early with a 2 RBI single from #4 Cook. The
Georgia Bandits produce a pair of their own with good base running and a well placed ground
ball to the right side from #23 Glen. eXposure’s pitcher #15 Pryor threw 5 frames giving up only
2 runs and 2 hits. In the 5th inning eXposure tacks on another pair coming from lead off batter
#16 Turner who had an rbi triple to left center. Offensive standout for eXposure was #14 Pickett
who had an RBI double and a well placed sac fly to score another run. The final score of the
game was eXposure A2K 8, Georgia Bandits 2.
Saturday game 1 (Knox Sox vs JC Patriots)
The JC Patriot had themselves a huge second inning scoring 7! The rally was sparked by
a hard ground ball through the 4 hole by #2 Dalton scoring the first run. Later in the inning, left
fielder Potts drove in another run adding to the growing lead. The Knox Sox had a big inning as
well in the top of the fourth inning as they place 5 up. In the inning the Sox draw 4 walks and
get 2 hits. Lead off hitter #10 Grimsley had a 2 rbi single finishing the day 2-3. The JC Patriots
relief pitcher did well as he pitched the last inning without surrendering any runs. The final
score of the game was JC Patriots 12, Knox Sox 6.
Saturday game 2 (Knox Sox vs Blueprint)

The Knox Sox produced their first runs of the game in the top of the second inning with
good aggressive base running and good bunting. #9 Payton F. bunted the ball well as he bunted
for a base hit. Also for the Sox #10 Painter E. hit the ball well going 2-3 with a single, double,
and two RBIs. For Blueprint #4 Wrather did not record a hit but had two well placed situational
groundballs to the right side scoring 2 runs; he also reached base drawing two walks. Also for
Blueprint #10 Hays had a linedrive single through the 6 hole. The final score of the game was
Knox Sox 9, Blueprint 7.
Saturday game 3 (Blueprint vs HardKnox Phillies)
The HardKnox Phillies came out of the gates hot as their lead off hitter #13 Camden
Miner had himself a triple down the left field line. The very next batter bring him into score
with a ground ball. No offense to talk about for blueprint fail to reach base via a hit. The starting
pitcher for HardKnox, Austin Lyle, threw all 3 frames. In the second and third innings the Phillies
scored 14 runs. Bo Meeks went 2-2 with an RBI in the 3rd inning. Also for the Phillies Ali Abdul-
Hakeem had a double that scored a run. The final score of the game was HardKnox Phillies 15,
Blueprint 0.
Saturday game 4 (Rockets vs Georgia Bandits)
The Rockets got on the board early with 1 run in the first coming off an RBI single from
the bat of Joe Johnston. Starting pitcher, #9 Martin, for the Georgia Bandits threw 5 dominating
frames striking out 8 while only giving up a lone hit in the first. The Bandits took their first lead
of the game in the bottom of the 3rd inning as they tack on 2 to take a 3-1 lead. Both #23 Glen
and #14 Young had situational ground balls to the right side scoring runs. In the 4th inning the
Bandits rally 4 runs sparked by #9 Martin who had a huge double to deep left center. In the last
inning the Rockets’ first baseman, Carter Babb gave his team some life with a double over the
center fielders head; however, it wasn’t enough as the Georgia Bandits win 10-2 over the
Rockets.
Sunday game 1 (Legends vs BC Athletics Hughes)
In the first inning the Legends managed to draw 4 consecutive walks scoring their first
run of the game. Following this BC brought in their relief pitcher, #19 Cade, who struck out two
batters in a row and getting the third out by a pop fly in the infield. He went on to throw 5 more
innings allowing only 1 run to score. BC Athletics’ bat were on in the first inning when #15
Charlie Bozeman had an RBI single to tie the game at 1-1. BC Athletics took the final lead in the
6th inning when #10 Brady Scott had a well placed ground ball to score a run. The Athletics
brought in Brooks Wright to close the game as he got 3 up 3 down with 2 strikeouts. The final
score of the game was BC Athletics Hughes 3, Legends 2.
Sunday game 2 (HardKnox Phillies vs Knox Sox)

The Knox Sox came out the gate hot with 6 runs in the first inning. The leadoff batter,
Levi Massengill, had himself a deep left center double and finished the day 3-4 with a homerun
shy of the cycle. 5 hole hitter, Tanner Humphrey, for the Sox had an RBI single to give his team
the lead early and he also finished the day 3-4 with a homerun shy of the cycle. In the second
inning #3 Luke Massengill had a no-doubt solo homerun over the left field wall. Not much
offense to talk about for the HardKnox Phillies other than in the bottom of the 5th inning
Kameron Gardner had a triple and Jacob Yon drove him in with a single. The final score of the
game was Knox Sox 15, HardKnox Phillies 1.
15u – eXposure Louisville Slugger vs Voodoo baseball
The Voodoo baseball and eXposure Louisville Slugger played five innings in their 6:00
matchup at Knoxville Catholic High School. The eXposure scored six in the third, five in the
fourth, and two in the fifth inning in their 13-3 win over the Voodoo. The eXposure bats were
very prevalent, but Voodoo’s walks and errors were ultimately what decided the game.
Exposure’s K. Harnbuckle and B. Johnson both lead off respective innings with hard line drive
doubles. L. Martin had a two RBI single, Hensen had an RBI single, and Johnson added an RBI
single to his game as well. Johnson lead the team in hits with three. Brewer started the game for
the exposure and went 5 innings giving up 3 runs. Crutcher started for the Voodoo, but was
replaced by Davis. Starnes closed out for the Voodoo. Crutcher impressed for the Voodoo,
flashing an athletic build and a strong slider with sharp break. He was very effective when in the
zone. He also added a double at the plate and played strong on defense in multiple positions.
Brewer flashed armside run and a strong breaking pitch to accompany, and pounded the zone
consistently for eXposure in their 13-3 win.
eXposure Louisville Slugger vs TN Force
In the eXposure Louisville Slugger’s second game against the TN force, eXposure was
able to manufacture runs off the Force pitcher Illigan who went innings. Illigan filled the strike
zone and worked mainly with his fastball. eXposure scored one on an RBI single b y M. Burt
following a double by B. Johnson. Another run was scored on an RBI double by Stiltner.

Exposure starter E. Wright went two innings until replaced by R. Bates. Wright gave up one and
Bates gave up two. The Force offense was produced by an RBI double by Ornduff and a two
RBI double by W. Vance. Ornduff also lead off the game with a triple. The Force’s three runs
were just enough to take the win in the 3-2 victory.
eXposure A2K vs TN Force
The Exposure A2K took control of the game in the second inning of their match up
against the TN Force. In the second, eXposure bats like Cade Cook (Double), Brody Self (RBI
single, Pickett (RBI double), and Goodin (RBI single), came together for an 8 run inning. They
also put up six in the bottom of the third on a two RBI trtiple by Nelson and a two RBI triple
from Carson Yates. Yates particularly impressed given his size and strength at fifteen years old.
He had an athletic build and will likely fill into a strong, athletic ball player. The eXposure bats
were also assisted however, by the Force’s errors and walks which hindered any chance of
stopping the eXposure offense. Offensively, the Force bats were also shut down by eXposure’s
Glenn who worked three scoreless innings of soft contact in the 13-3 eXposure win.
14u- Base Knox Royals vs Legends Baseball
The Base Knox Royals were able to put up crooked numbers throughout the day in their
game against the Legends Baseball. The Royals posted two, six, one and four run rallies through
five innings. Stand outs for the Royals offense were Dylan Ford (3 RBIs, single), Caden Earle
(RBI double), Ty Pryce (two RBI double), and Dylan Varitek (RBI single). Varitek also
impressed on defense with an outstanding diving play in left field after making a long run at
shortstop. Varitek played a smoothe, athletic shortstop and started the game in left showing an
ability to play multiple positions well. The Legends were able to post two runs in the second

inning on a double by Barret and an RBI single by Glover. They also scored one in the bottom of
the 5 th but it would not be enough as the Royals took a 13-3 win.

Base Knox Royals vs Chattanooga Cyclones
Both the Chattanooga Cyclones and the Base Knox Royals showcased exceptional
pitching in their game at Knoxville Catholic. The Cyclones starter, Alec Bouchard went six and
2/3 innings giving up just two runs. Bouchard showcased a smooth delivery and composure on
the mound, working out of multiple jams. Royals starter Dylan Varitek went five complete
innings giving up no runs. Varitek consistently produced soft contact and worked ahead for the
majority of the game. He also drove in the go ahead run in the top of the 7 th for the Royals. The
Royals were able to take advantage of throwing errors in the first inning for the other run in their
2-1 victory. The one run produced by the cyclones came from an RBI single from Vinson.
Defensively, the Cyclones centerfielder, Davis, and third basemen, Phillips, both impressed with
hard diving plays to keep runs from scoring. However, it would not be enough as the Royals took
a 2-1 victory.

Knox Sox vs Chattanooga Cyclones
The Chattanooga Cyclones scored one in the top of the 1 st and one in the top of the 5 th ,
taking advantage of the Knox Sox errors in their game at Knox Catholic High School. They
added one more in the top of the 7 th on an RBI double by Phillips. The Knox Sox were able to
score one in the bottom of the 6 th on an RBI single by Luke Messengil. Humphrey of the Knox

Sox and Rector of the Cyclones both gave up no earned runs through at least four innings.
Humphrey added a double to the Knox Sox offense and Rector had one RBI for the Cyclones.
Davis came in to close for the Cyclones for the 3-1 Cyclone Victory.

TN Force vs Georgia Bandits
The Georgia Bandits were in control of their game against the TN Force from the get-go.
Cruz started off the game with a scoreless first. He went five innings giving up two runs. In the
bottom of the 1 st , Martin drove a two run home run for the Bandits, setting the offensive tone.
The Bandits scored two runs every inning. Cruz, Dixon, and Gates all added RBI extra base hits
for the Bandits, and Brewer added two RBIs on two deep sacrifice flies. The Force were able to
manufacture four runs via an RBI double from Ornduff, an RBI single from Scott, and taking
advantage of two different errors. Both teams suffered at the hands of errors, but the Bandits did
a better job of limiting errors in their 10- 4 victory over the Force.
Voodoo Baseball vs East TN Rockets
The East Tennessee Rockets came out in a hot start with a seven run first inning in the
12-4 victory over Voodoo Baseball. The Rockets inning was capped off by RBI doubles from
Clayton Ball, Cade Fleemon, and Caleb McBride. The Rockets were able to score five more runs
throughout the game, capitalizing on pass balls and errors. Rockets pitcher Caleb Rogers went a
complete six innings giving up four runs. The Voodoo offense came from a two RBI from
Varnette and an RBI single from Starnes after a lead-off triple by Brooks. Both teams struggled
with errors, but the East TN Rockets limited theirs enough to take the 12-4 victory.
East TN Rockets vs Georgia Bandits

The East TN Rockets and Georgia Bandits played a tight one in their semifinal game. The
winner would advance to face the eXposure A2K in the championship game later on Sunday.
Both Young (Bandits) and Jessee (Rockets) gave up one in the first. The Rockets added one on
an RBI double by Carter Babb, driving in Cade Polluck following his lead-off single. Polluck
also drove in one with an RBI ground rule double to left, and a pass ball scored another. The
Bandits were able to add two runs on an RBI single from Whitaker in the 4 th inning and two
bunts in the 6 th . This led to a 4-2 lead for the Rockets going in to the bottom of the 7 th , but a bunt
single by Brewer, walks, and an error allowed one to score and left runners on 1 st and second for
Kaden Martin. Karden Martin drove his second home run of the day in walk off fashion to take a
6-4 victory for the Georgia Bandits, advancing to the championship.

CHAMPIONSHIP 15U eXposure A2K vs Georgia Bandits
The 15u Championship game at Knox Catholic came with some bad eather started around
the 3 rd inning, and both teams battled through tough conditions during the game. Both starters,
Brewer (Georgia Bandits) and Nelson (eXposure A2K) were scoreless through their first inning
of work, but the Bandits would find a way in the second: taking advantage of a throwing error
and scoring one RBI on a groundball from Whittaker. Two Scoreless innings later, and the
Bandits cracked the game open with a nine run inning, taking advantage of lots of walks dealt by
the Exposure pitchers. The game ended in five by a score of 10-0 for a victory for the Georgia
Bandits.
Legend Baseball vs Knoxville Stars 14u
Knoxville Stars 14u wins with a final of 10-0 after 5. The Stars worked themselves into a
jam early by loading the bases with only one out in the 1st. However, #13 Nate Breeden was
able to get out of the jam without allowing a run. The Stars then responded to their troubles in
the top of the inning by scoring 3 in the bottom of the inning. The Stars increased their lead in

the 3rd by scoring 1 in the bottom of the 3rd. The lead was extended even further in the 4th
thanks to the stars scoring 6 in the bottom.

Legends Baseball vs. Pro Hitting Prospects
Pro Hitting Baseball finished off the game with a win. The Prospects started out the
game strong, scoring 6 in the top of the 1st. Legends answered right back to score, but were
only able to put up 2. Both teams were held silent in the second, but the Prospects came back
to life scoring a big 10 in the top of the 3rd. The lead was expanded even further with 1 in the
top of the 4th, making the score 17-2. Legends Baseball put up a fight in the 4th, scoring 3
finishing the game with a final of 17-5.

eXposure Louisville Slugger vs. Rockets
The Rockets topped eXposure with a final of 3-2 after 7 innings. The Rockets were able
jump early and send a run home in the bottom of the first thanks to a two out, opposite field
double from #32 Jake McCallister. The Rockets were able to hit in another run in the bottom of
the 2nd, extending their lead to 2-0. Both teams were held scoreless until the 6th, when the
Rockers were able to score again, making the score 3-0. Rockets pitcher #5 Caleb McBride
threw great, not allowing a single run through 5 innings. eXposure bats were able to get some
hits but couldn’t get on the board until the 7th, only scoring 2.

eXposure Louisville Slugger vs. Georgia Bandits
The Bandits win it with a final of 10-0. The Bandits rallied in the top of the 1st to give
themselves an early 2 run lead. Bandits put up 5 more in the 2nd thanks to a 2 out double from
#21 D’Angelo Cruz and a 3 run bomb from #14 Kameron Young. After the 2nd, eXposure was
able to stop the scoring against them thanks to a good relief outing from #10 Pledge. Despite
the good pitching, the Bandits were able to squeeze in 2 more runs in the top of the 5th to
extend the lead to 9-0. eXposure bats looked good getting 6 hits in the game, but just not in
right times to score runs. Bandits pitcher Kanzler had great stuff all game, earning him the
complete game shutout.

eXposure A2K vs. Voodoo Baseball
eXposure hit their was to a 7-2 victory over Voodoo Baseball. eXposure’s bats looked
good in the top of the 1st, giving them an early 2-0 lead over the bandits. Voodoo was able to
bounce right back in the bottom of the inning and tie it at 2-2 thanks to a 2 out double from #10
Varmette. After 2 scoreless innings, eXposure was able to put a run up in the top of the 4th and
followed that with 2 runs in the top of the 5th making the score 5-2. eXposure extended the
lead even further in the 7th by scoring 2 runs making the score 7-2. The highlight of the inning
was a leadoff, pinch hit home-run for #18 Champion. #16 Turner for eXposure threw great with
all his offspeed working, which kept the Voodoo hitters off balance and uncomfortable at the
plate. Turner also works with a lightning quick pace.

Voodoo Baseball vs. TN Force
Voodoo was able to jump out early on the force, putting up 3 runs in the top of the 1st.
Force put some runners in scoring position, but they were unable to capitalize and were held
scoreless. Both pitchers did a good job of holding the offenses despite some tough scoring
situations. The bats did not come back alive until the 4th inning, and both teams were able to
put a run across the plate making the score 4-1. Voodoo kept their bats rolling and were able to
put up 2 more in the top of the 5th. Force continued their scoring too by putting up 1 in the
bottom of the 5th, but it just wasn’t enough. Voodoo finished off their 5 inning win with a final
score of 6-2
Base Knox vs. Blueprint Baseball
Base Knox won with a final of 6-2 over Blueprint Baseball. Base Knox jumped out early in
the top of the 1st scoring 3 runs. Blueprint was able to make a comeback in the 3rd and score 2
to put the score at 3-2. After being held scoreless for 3 straight innings, Base Knox was finally
able to put another run up, extending their lead to 4-2. #22 Austin was able to drive in 2 more
for Base Knox in the top of the 7th to give themselves a bigger margin to work with.

Jeff Co. Patriots vs. Knoxville Stars 14u
The Stars were the 1st on the board, scoring 1 in the bottom of the 1st. However, the
Patriots answered right back and scored 3 in the top of the 2nd. In typical back and forth
fashion, the Stars took the lead back in the bottom of the 2nd, but they took it back big, scoring
14 runs. The big lead got even bigger in the 3rd, when the stars were able to score 3 more to
put the game away at 18-3. The stars lineup hit great from top to bottom, hitting line drives all
over the field.

Base Knox vs. Pro Hitting Prospects
The Prospects finished the game out in run rule fashion against Base Knox with a final of
8-0 in 6 innings. To start the scoring, the Prospects were able to squeeze one run across the
plate in the top of the 2nd inning. Prospects continued the scoring in the top of the 3rd, putting
up a solid 5 spot. Prospects pitcher #4 Aaron Bobo was dealing against Base Knox not allowing a
run. Bobo spotted up the zone well, not allowing for solid contact.

BCA 13u vs. Knoxville Stars
Stars won by a run rule in 5 innings with a final of 12-2. Sticking to their usual style of
play, the Stars jumped out early putting up 2 in the bottom of the 1st inning. BCA was able to
respond and tie up the game in the top of the 3rd at 2-2. Stars didn’t pick the scoring back up
until the 4th, where they took the lead back at 7-2. The Stars’ bats stayed hot all the way
through and grew their lead to a huge margin of 12-2 after 5 innings.

Pro Hitting Prospects vs. Knoxville Stars 14u (Championship)
Stars win with a final of 9-1. The Stars were the first to score again but this time they
jumped up big. After 2 innings, they lead the Prospects 6-0. Both the stars and the Prospects
were hitting the ball well, but the Stars were obviously able to capitalize on runners in scoring
position more often. With very little offensive action in the game, the Stars extended their lead
to 7-0 in the bottom of the 4th. Prospects were able to squeeze a run across in the 5th, scoring
their first run. The Stars walked it off in the bottom of the 7th scoring 2 to put the score at 9-1.
