Prospex vs Fury Chattanooga
The Prospex scored in their first inning with a two-out single from Austin. After one inning, the score was 1-0 Prospex. Both pitchers continued to throw well, and the Fury scored on a wild pitch in the third to tie the game at 1 after three innings. Both pitchers kept throwing well late into the game. Neither team scored again until the bottom of the seventh when Cline hit an RBI single to win the game 2-1 for the Fury.

Music City Saints vs Bash Express
Music City had a huge first inning due to walks and hit-by-pitches, and after the top of the first they led 3-0. The Express answered back in the bottom half of the inning, scoring 11 to take an 11-3 lead after one inning. This one turned into a slugfest as Music City scored five more in the top of the second to make it 11-8. Music City got the first zero of the game, working a scoreless bottom half, 11-8.

Legends vs Chaos Elite
The Legends worked out of a jam in the top of the first to keep the score 0-0, then they added four in the first inning to take a commanding 4-0 lead. The Chaos answered back in the top of the third with two runs on walks and errors, making it 4-2 Legends after the top of the third. The Legends extended their lead in the fourth inning. After another huge inning for the Legends, they run-ruled the game, leaving the score 12-2.

Diamond Mine vs Mission Prospects Tigers
Diamond Mine worked out of a first-inning jam to keep the score 0-0 headed into the bottom of the first. Smith worked a scoreless first for the Prospects as well. 0-0 after the first inning. Diamond Mine struck first in the bottom of the second, plating three runs to take a 3-0 lead. Mission got the bases loaded in the top of the fourth, but they could not score any. 3-0 Diamond Mine after three. Mission battled back in the fourth inning, scoring seven to take a 7-3 lead in the fifth. Mission scored on a passed ball in the sixth and finished this one 8-3.

TN Elite vs Cyclones
Pickett worked a scoreless first inning for TN Elite as he sat down the first three batters in a row, making the score 0-0 after the top of the first. The Cyclones struck first in the top of the second on an error from the shortstop, 1-0, Cyclones after the top of the second. TN Elite battled back with three runs in the bottom of the third to make the score 3-1. The Cyclones answered back in the top of the fourth with a double and a single to make the score 3-2. The Elite added some insurance runs in the bottom of the sixth to make the score 7-2 on an RBI single from Dill and Fisher. Moses closed it out for the Elite and kept this one, 7-2, Elite.

Knoxville Stars Blue vs TN Rough Riders
The Stars pushed across three runs in the first inning on an RBI double from Truman to take a commanding three-run lead in the first inning, making the score 3-0, Stars after one inning at Lee. In the second inning, they extended their lead even larger after a double from Franklin to make it 6-0. The Rough Riders answered back in the fourth, scoring two runs on an RBI single from Smith. 6-2 Stars after four innings. The Rough Riders struck late in the game, but it was not enough to win this one, 7- 3, Stars.

Chattanooga Generals vs Hard Knox Blue Jays
The Generals scored one in the top of the first inning on an RBI single from Ryan to make it 1-0 after the top of the first. However, the Blue Jays answered with three of their own in the bottom half of the inning. The score was, 3-1, Blue Jays after one inning. The generals battled back to tie the game in the fifth inning on a two RBI double from Cain, making it 3-3 after five innings. Both pitchers continued to duel, leaving this game 3-3 going into the seventh inning. This one ended in a tie, 3-3.

TN Elite pitcher #25 Williams pitched a 1-2-3 in top of the first inning to make it 0-0 going into the bottom of the first. TN Elite jumped on the ball early in this one, plating three in the first inning. Diamond Mine answered in the next half inning with a two-out RBI double from Sawyer to bring the score to 3-1 after the top of the second. TN Elite won this one on a run rule in five innings.

The Fury struck early in this one, plating three in the first inning with the help of three errors and two hits. After the top of the first, the score was 3-0. The Stars answered with two of their own runs in the bottom of the first inning, making it a one-run ballgame. The Fury added another run in the second on a passed ball to make the score, 4-2, Fury after two innings. The Fury added more insurance runs in the fourth, making it, 6-3, Fury. The Fury exploded in the fifth inning, scoring seven runs to make it 13-3, ending the game in a run rule.

Red Rock worked out of a first-inning jam to keep the score 0-0 after the top of the first. Red Rock scored two in the bottom of the first on two errors and a couple of passed balls. The score was, 2-0, Red Rock after one inning. The Blue Jays scored one in the top of the third to bring the game back to one run, 2-1 Blue Jays after three innings. The Blue Jays tried to battle back in the top of the seventh, but it was not enough. Red Rock won the game 6-4.

Chaos vs Cyclones
Graham Blalock started on the bump for the Cyclones. Graham Balock produced two ground balls and a strikeout to finish the top of the first. Three errors for Chaos loaded the bases. A sacrifice fly to center field scored one. The score was 1-0 Chaos at the end of first. It was three up, three down in the second inning for both teams. There was one hit in the top of the third and no runs scored. Chaos took the field and Cyclones produced two hits, putting men on first and second. A bunt for a hit loaded the bases for the Cyclones. A pitching change for Chaos, brought Colby Elwood out of the pen to pitch. Elwood got out of a bases-loaded situation with a strikeout and an infield fly. In the bottom of the fourth, a hit and a walk put runners on first and second for the Cyclones. #24 Crew Mcgehee found a gap in right-center field to drive in a run for the Cyclones. In the top of the fifth, a double was hit by #3 Nate Johnson. A three-run home run by JT Eaton put Chaos at a 3-2 lead. A double to right center by #30 Jamien Edison drove in two more runs for Chaos, putting the score at 5-2 in the bottom of the fifth. A three-run bomb by Jayden Santiago tied the game at 5-5 in the bottom of the fifth. A base hit, two passed balls, and a base hit by #24 put Chaos at a 6-5 lead in the bottom of the sixth.

#15 Grayson Waller started on the bump, and a double was hit down the left-field line by Dakota Peace. There was a three up, three down in the bottom of the first with no hits. Two ground balls and a fly ball to center ended the top of the second. A base hit, a steal, and a passed ball put a runner on third for FX. A ground ball to the pitcher scored one. Another ground ball to the pitcher scored an additional run, making it 2-0, FX. A ground line drive to left field and a triple by #16 Taylor Duggan made the score 5-0, FX. No hits in the bottom of the third. Two walks and three base hits put another three on the board for FX. # 17 Sam Smith drove in a run. The score was 9-0 FX after the top of the fourth. Three up, three down at the bottom of the fourth. There were no runs in the top of the fifth.

Diamond Mine vs Crown Over Baseball Academy
An error, two hit-by-pitches, and a ground ball to third scored one, making it 1-0 COBA. There were no hits in the bottom of the first. In the top of the second, COBA got two hits and a walk to put up two on Diamond Mine, making the score 3-0 COBA. In the bottom of the third, there were two walks and a strikeout for Diamond Mine. With runners on first and second, another walk loaded the bases for Diamond Mine. With a ground ball to the shortstop and an overthrow to first, two runs were scored for Diamond Mine. A base hit to the six hole made it a tied ball game. A poor throw to first base allowed the runner at third to advance, making it 4-3 Diamond Mine at the end of third. A double for COBA drove in two runs, and an overthrow by the catcher made the score 6-4 COBA. No runs were scored at the bottom of the fourth. Two doubles, two walks, and an error on a ball over the left fielder’s head gave COBA four runs in the top of the fifth. There was a six minute delay due to an umpire injury. A ground rule double for COBA made the score 13-4. An error compounded by a bad throw gave Diamond Mine two runs. The score was 13-6 in the sixth.

Mission Prospects Tigers vs Legends
The Prospects jumped out to an early lead with two runs in the top of the first thanks to a two RBI double by #12 Reed. This proved to be the only scoring for the next seven innings. Both starting pitchers pitched well with #5 Ghermiey of the Tigers going five innings with zero runs allowed, and #7 Zeke of the Legends went the distance with seven innings pitched and two runs allowed. The Prospects finished with two runs on eight hits and zero errors while the Legends had zero runs on four hits and no errors.

TN Rough Riders vs Red Rock
Red Rock jumped out to an early lead with two runs in the first thanks to RBIs by both #30 Tomlin and #14 Emory. The Rough Riders responded in the bottom of the second thanks to three different players drawing walks. Red Rock added to their lead in the top of the third with one run along with two more in the top of the sixth to extend their lead to 5-1. The Rough Riders responded with one more in the bottom of the sixth, but it proved not enough as Red Rock won 5-2. Red Rock finished with five runs on nine hits and one error while the Rough Riders finished with two runs on four hits and two errors.

The game remained scoreless for the first three innings until Red Rock broke out with three runs in the bottom of the fourth thanks to an RBI hit by #27 Morris and a two-run home run by #30 Tomlin. These three runs proved enough as the Stars remained scoreless until they put two runs up in the top of the seventh thanks to a two RBI double by #50 Trumman. Red Rock finished with three runs on five hits and zero errors and the Stars finished with three runs on six hits and no errors.

Diamond Academy Legends vs TN Rough Riders
The first six innings of the game were scoreless thanks to great starting pitching on both sides. The scoring started in the bottom of the sixth thanks to RBIs by #16 Monterbudo, #14 Benton, and #20 Lloyd for the Legends. This proved to be enough as the Rough Riders were shut out the entire game. The Legends finished with three runs on four hits and one error while the Rough Riders finished with zero runs on four hits and one error.

The Generals got the scoring started with five runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a two RBI single by #99 Ferguson which helped bring 10 Generals to the plate that inning. The Generals added five runs in the bottom of the third to make the game a blowout which included a 2 RBI double by #27 Johnson. The Generals finished with 10 runs on six hits and no errors while the Force finished with zero runs on zero hits and three errors.

The contest remained scoreless until the bottom of the third thanks to an RBI single by #20 Hanshaw of the Force. The game continued to be scoreless until the Stars put up two runs in the top of the seventh thanks to a two RBI single by #46 Nolen. This proved to be enough for the Stars as the Force were held scoreless in the bottom of the seventh. The Stars finished with two runs on five hits and one error, and the Force finished with one run on three hits and zero errors.

Diamond Mine started off the scoring with a single in the first thanks to a wild pitch. The Chaos answered back in the top of the fourth with two runs thanks to RBI hits by both #7 Taylor and #14 Dylan. Diamond Mine answered back with three runs in the bottom of the inning thanks to a three-run home run by #34 Seth which proved enough to get the win for the Mine. The Mine finished with four runs on six hits and zero errors while Chaos finished with three runs on five hits and one error.

Chaos vs Tennessee Elite
In the top of the first, J. Moses got hit by the pitch, advanced on a wild pitch and then stole third and scored on a sac fly by E. Dill. N. Hall got on with a four-pitch walk and advanced to third on two wild pitches and was hit in by J. Fisher on a perfectly placed ground ball in the four-hole. In the bottom of the first, J. Fisher started out strong with three groundouts to I. Barley. In the top of the second after coming out of a rough start, Johny came out and only allowed one run on a hit-by-pitch. He hit G. Mcglocklin, allowing the walk of I. Barley to put him in scoring position, which allowed C. Kay to drive in Tennessee Elite’s only run that inning. Bottom of the second, Chaos finally gets on base with a hit from Devin. Then Kevin hit into a double play, but the Elite only got the lead guy out and Kevin beat it out. Then Eli was walked, allowing for Kevin to advance. Then Johny hit a 1-3 ground ball and J. Fisher made the play. Top of third, Colby entered on the bump for Johnny. Up to hit first was H. Jones, who hit a shot to the gap but was held at a single. Up next to the plate was G. Mcglocklin who put the ball in play and beat out a high throw by the second baseman on a costly throw by the catcher to the third baseman. H. Jones advanced to score on ball four to I. Barely who advanced to second on the throw. Bottom of the third, J. Fisher continued his strong start with a first out 1-3 play and got the strikeout for the next out. He finished the inning with a flyout to center fielder C. Kay. H. Jones started the run game by singling to start the hits for the Elite and advanced on wild pitch. And then he advanced to third and scored on two back-to-back wild pitches, adding to the Elite’s 7-0 lead. Barley then placed a hit perfectly in the gap to advance McGlocklin to third, allowing him to score on the wild throw on Barley’s stolen base. Barley then scored on a wild pitch making it 8-0 on the game. In the bottom of the fourth, the Chaos put up their first run after good hits from Colby, Devin, and Nate who got the RBI. The dominant performance of J. Fisher came to a halt with the bringing in of H. Jones. The Chaos made his performance short, and with hits from Keith and Eli, the Chaos brought the game to 8-4 in their push to come back. This rally is put to an end by C. Kay who came in and struck out the next two batters. N. Hall started off the top of the fifth with a groundball in play which he beat out to get on first. Hall stole third on a wild pitch and J. Crawley got hit by a pitch and stole second. Hall scored on a wild pitch to add to the Elite’s 9-4 lead. Crawley advanced to third. H. Jones recorded another hit while perfectly placing a groundball in the 6-hole to add to the Elite’s runs by batting in Crawley from third. Bottom of the fifth and Dawyn gets on via walk and advances to second on a stolen base, but C. Kay shut out the inning giving up no runs. Top of the sixth and no runs were scored as Keith got out of a two-walk jam. Bottom of the sixth, C. Kay shut out the game and kept it 10-4.

In the top of the first, Dakota Acey started the night strong with a backwards K and got a ground out. C. Ryan made a tough play at third to get the runner out at first. To end the inning, J. Morgan made a diving catch. In the bottom of the first, G. Carlton started by getting a roll-over groundout to the second baseman who made the play. C. Ryan was walked by G. Carlton, and was caught stealing for the second out of the game. G. Carlton also struck out B. Arnette to finish the inning. Acey started off the second inning with a backwards K, his third strikeout of the game. He came back again to strike out his fourth victim, J. Balgle. He struck out the side with the strikeout of C. Mullins. In the bottom of the second, Carlton started out strong with the strikeout of B. Milby. He then came back and struck out E. Brown. T. Popplewell singled to right field. Popplewell advanced on a passed ball to second. Popplewell stole third on a wild throw, allowing him to advance home. K. Whitlow lined to the right-field gap, allowing D. Snodgrass to advance to third and score on a dead ball in the dugout. In the top third, Acey started off with a K, his fifth of the game. He then struck out C. Maddeaux for his sixth through three. He then gained his seventh K with the strikeout of C. Johnston. Bottom of the third and J. Morgan lined out to the shortstop, then C. Ryan popped out a foul to the first baseman. Carlton finished with a strikeout of B. Arnette. At the top of the fourth, Acey gained his eighth K of the night, striking out A. Stlull. He then got a high popup to the first baseman. With two outs in the fourth, B. Cline hit a triple, but Acey came back to get a groundout of J. Balgle. In the bottom of the fourth, B. Milby hit a blooping single to start the inning, then he proceeded to second on a wild pitch. Brown advanced to first on a walk. Carlton struck out Popplewell for the first out of the inning. Milby was caught stealing at third. Carlton finished the inning with the strikeout of Snodgrass. The top of the fifth started with a hard ground out to the shortstop for out number one, then the second out was a lineout to the first baseman. Acey ended the inning with a backwards K, making it his ninth strikeout of the night. Bottom of the fifth and Carlton came out cruising, getting three straight groundouts and ending the inning quickly. In the top of the sixth, Acey got a flyout to the left fielder and then got a flyout to the centerfielder for the second out. C. Johnston came out to get his second triple of the game. Acey then struck out Grannon for his tenth K of the game. Bottom of the sixth and C. Ryan singled to right followed by a popout to left by B. Arnette. B Milby grounded out along with E. Brown. In the top of the seventh, Acey walked Hanks to set up the 6-4-3 double play hit by Stlull ,who made it to second on a walk by Acey, then Balgle popped out to first base. Saints won 2-0

Hard Knox Blue Jays vs Warren County
The Blue Jays came out strong on the field, shutting down Warren County’s two hits and allowing no runs. In the bottom of the first, the Blue Jays came out hot with the sticks getting hits from the one-, two- and three-hole, allowing for the sac fly from Michael Clark to score one run for the Blue Jays. Bailey came out strong to start the second with a weak groundout to the third baseman, followed up by a walk, but then came back strong with a strikeout, only to follow up with back-to-back walks. Jackson King knocked in two runs with a lineshot to the left-field line but Bailey came back with a strikeout to end the inning. Curtain George came out struggling with a leadoff walk and a hit-by-pitch of Landon Hudson. Then a sac bunt was laid down to advance the runners to second and third. Then Jackson Smith flys out to right for the second out, and the Pioneers get out of the jam with the popout to the shortstop to hold their 2-1 lead. In the top of the third, the Blue Jays came out firing with a groundball out to the third baseman, getting the first out of the inning. But then Wesley Sherell came out to get on base with a blooper, but he then got shut out by the catcher for the second out. Bailey struck out Balet Melton to end the inning. The Blue Jays came out firing with a single. The runner only advanced to second, but then had no chance to score after three straight popups to the outfield. In the top of the fourth, the Blue Jays came to play. They got a groundball to the shortstop who made the play for the first out. But this out was followed up by a walk and a single by Aiden Miller. In the bottom of the fourth, the Blue Jays scored one to tie up the game. The Pioneers scored three on two errors made by the shortstop and the second baseman in the top of the fifth. In the bottom of the fifth, Austin Reid hit a sac fly to center to score one for the Blue Jays. In the top of the sixth, the Pioneers came out and scored two runs to pull away with a 8-4 lead. The Blue Jays scored two in the bottom of the sixth to draw closer to the Pioneer’s 8-6 lead. In the top of the seventh, the Blue Jays came out and shut out the hot Pioneers, holding them to no runs. The Blue Jays scored off of a tough play in the bottom of the seventh to make it a 7-8 game, but then Michael Clark hit a walk-off home run to win the game 9-8 for the Blue Jays.

Fury Chattanooga vs Bash Express
Reece Blackinstone came out strong to start the game with a strikeout, an easy 1-3 ground-ball out, and an easy popfly to the first baseman. With three singles in the bottom of the first, the Fury knocked in a run with Mitch Grammane’s single. Another run was scored off of a bloop by Reece Blackinston. They scored again on a bloop to left field making it a 3-0 game. In the top of the second, Blackinstone came through again with yet another 1-3 play and another strikeout with a filthy 12-6 curveball, finishing the inning with another strikeout. The Fury came out to score more in the second and pull out their lead to 5-0. It was another quick inning by Backinstone who came out in the third and got a quick 1-2-3 inning. It was the start of a rough third inning for Brady as he loaded the bases with no outs. He walked a run in and Cameron Mullins knocked in a two run RBI double. Mitch Grammane knocked in two more to make it a 9-0 game with a runner on third when Blackinstone bunted in the runner from third. On a rope to left field, the Fury scored three to make it a 13-0 game, winning by mercy rule.

Diamond Academy Legends vs Knoxville Stars Blue
Franklin started the day off great with a backwards K and got away with a walk after getting a solid ground out and fly out. In the bottom of the first, the Legends got off to a great start in the field, not allowing the single by Ridderstap to score after getting an easy popout to the third baseman. Benton was walked and advanced to second and third on a passed ball. This brought up Lloyd and Parrott, who both struckout thanks to Franklin’s fastball. Franklin ended the inning with a changeup strikeout. With the runners on base in a tight situation, the Legends got out of a jam with a double play in the bottom of the second. In the top of the third with bases loaded, the Legends scored one off a slow roller to the first baseman who made the play and got the out. Then Franklin came back, striking out the next batter, and popping up the next to get out of the inning. In the bottom of the third, the Stars scored on an RBI single to the shortstop. Stars scored again on another RBI single to the shortstop. The inning ended with three straight flyouts. The Stars walked two in the top of the fourth to put runners on first and second. In the bottom of the fourth the Legends got out of a jam, giving up no runs in a bases-loaded situation. The Stars took care of business in the top of the fifth, going three up, three down to retire the side. The Stars scored two to pull away with a 4-1 lead in the bottom of the fifth. The Stars struck out the first batter and got an easy grounder to the first baseman for the out in the top of the sixth. Then the Stars scored three on a few hits, pulling their lead to 7-1. In the top of the seventh, the Stars closed the deal winning 7-1.

Legends 18u vs Diamond Mine
The Legends held Diamond Mine scoreless after a leadoff walk in the first. In the bottom of the first, Diamond Mine held damage to a minimum after allowing one run to score after walking two batters in the inning. Diamond Mine came out strong in the top of the second, getting two doubles and a few singles to knock in three runs at the top of the second Then Diamond Mine came out and held the Legends scoreless, keeping the score 3-1. In the top of the third, after another base knock by Nate Schell, the Legends got out of the inning unscaved as they allowed no runs to score. The Legends tied the game up at three after a sac fly scored one in the bottom of the third. Both teams held each other scoreless in the fourth and fifth. Diamond Mine blew a chance to score with runners on second and third going into the bottom of the sixth. The Legends scored one after a double and a deep sac fly to make it 4-3. In the top of the seventh, the Legends held Diamond Mine scoreless, winning 4-3.

The Legends hopped on the board early with a two run RBI from Issaic, then Bryson hit a liner to left allowing Issaic to score, taking an early 3-0 lead. With a double from Cam Ryan and a passed ball, the Saints scored one in the bottom of the first. It was a tough second inning for Hank McArthur on the mound. He gave up another two runs in the second. The Legends continued their strong defense with a quick 1-2-3 inning. With the change of a pitcher after scoring two more runs, the Legends pushed their lead out to 7-1 in the top of the third. One run was scored on a passed ball by the catcher in the top of the fourth. The Legends came back and shut out the Saints for another inning, keeping their 8-1 lead. The game was held scoreless until the bottom of the sixth. Legends won 8-4.

Knoxville Stars Blue vs Mission Prospects Tigers
Kenyen threw a great inning, striking out the side in the top of the first. The Tigers put up one run on a sac fly by Sam Mills giving them the 1-0 lead. Rollsom continued his tear and gave up no runs in the top of the second. The Stars gave up no runs in the half inning, allowing them to hold the Tigers to only one run. Rollsom had another dominating inning, striking out the side yet again. In the bottom of the third, the Tigers came out firing with a back-to-back single and double, scoring two. Kenyen Rollsom shut out the Stars again in the top of the fourth. The Stars got out of the fourth inning quickly, going 1-2-3. The Tigers shut out the fifth inning fast while walking one. The Tigers scored one on two hits making their lead 4-0 in the bottom of the fourth. In the bottom of the fifth, the Tigers scored two on three hits and two doubles, making it 6-0. The rest of the game was scoreless. Rollsom went the entire game, and the Tigers won 6-0.

Mission Prospects Tigers vs Legends 18u
The Tigers started off great in the field, rolling a double play, getting a pop fly to end the inning. Then the Tigers scored two runs on multiple hits, including a double and multiple singles. The Tigers held out yet another scoreless inning, allowing no runs in the top of the second. The Legends get it done in the field making no errors with two groudballs and a flyout. In the top of the third, the Tigers escaped the bases loaded with no runs after a strikeout by McCain Mangum. With three straight popouts in the bottom of the third, the Tigers put up no runs, keeping it a 2-0 ball game. The Tigers gave up one hit, but they came out of the fourth inning giving up no runs. In the top of the fifth, one run is scored on an errant throw by the catcher on the steal attempt. No runs were scored in the bottom of the fifth as the Legends went 1-2-3. In the top of the sixth, the Tigers got the clutch strikeout to stop the Legend’s small run. The Tigers scored one in the sixth on a line drive down the right-field line. The Legends made a run in the top of the seventh to tie it up at three. In the top of the eighth, the Tigers got runners on and allowed for the winning run to score with a single through the 4-hole.
