CBC Xpress Blue vs Athletes Lab National
This game started with a quick three outs from #8 Campbell on CBC Xpress, with two groundouts coming to #25 Justus Wetzler in the hole for the shortstop. Once they got a chance to show what they had to offer at the plate, the game was quickly an uphill battle for Athletes Lab. Campbell came up to bat in the top of the first and quickly drove in the first two runs of the game for CBC Xpress with a double down the left-field line. When Xpress came back up to bat in the second (already having a 4-0 lead), they looked to strike more damage in the game. Nine-hole hitter N. Hershey got things started, hitting a triple to center that rolled to the wall. From there the team never looked back. Hitting two doubles and three triples in the inning, CBC Xpress plated eight more runs and jumped up to a huge lead that resulted in one of the fastest games, only lasting a total of 45 minutes.

Mid America Prospects vs Carolina Rockies
This game was tight from the very beginning. Both teams found a way to get runners on the bags, but had a hard time capitalizing on those runners. There were multiple innings where the teams left more than one runner on base. This trend continued the whole game until the top of the seventh inning on maybe the most chaotic play I have ever witnessed, an infield fly that turned into a run. However, the Prospects walked off with a two-run single at the end of the game.
